Rachel Turpin comes from Chatham in Kent. She is an Occupational Therapist who hopes to have a global debate about getting rid of the stigma surrounding mental health. Has travelled a lot and works with people who suffer from mental health and stress from work and would to promote a platform she's created to talk about preventative measures to avoid mental health also.
