Notice board announcement: "Cooper, McDougall & Robertson Ltd, a subsidiary of The Wellcome Foundation Ltd, announce that they have purchased for cash the whole of the issued shares of Minsal Ltd, of Northwich, Cheshire, manufacturers of animal feed supplements. Minsal Ltd will continue to trade under its own name."
