Description

Cases include sudden deaths from a variety of natural causes, accidents (including medical accidents, especially anaesthesia-related), suicide, and criminal abortion, also suspicious deaths of infants, as well as cases of murder and manslaughter. Among the cases of particular interest: 21/3 strychnine suicide; 21/18 poison - Luminal; 21/51 Medinal poison; 21/63 cyanide poison; 21/75 anaphylactic shock from serum treatment for scarlet fever; 21/87 asbestosis; 21/114 aspirin poison; 21/186 heart disease and overdose digitalis; 21/190 accident while experimenting with apparatus for self-administration of nitrous oxide
