With an account of his devices at Lord Salisbury's, Sir Thomas Dundass's, Mr. Pitt's, the Marquis of Landdown's, Baron Hompesch, Dr. Prettyman, &c. &c. Also the various inventions by which he obtained goods of different tradesmen; and the names of the persons who were the objects of his depredations. Likewise an account of his trial, before Mr. Justice Gould and the recorder, at the Old Bailey, for defrauding Mr. John Lycett of a post-chaise, value fifty Guineas, of which he was convicted. Likewise Mr. Garrow's motion on the last day of the Sessions, for deferring judgment.
