Description
Correspondence and papers relating to shareholdings in PCNB, a non-trading unit based in Brazil, with offices in Rio and in Sao Paulo. It operated as a "convenient 'post office' arrangement to facilitate imports unto Brazil" (Memorandum, Chief Accountant, 11 September, 1963).
25 November, 1965. CM&R Ltd Board Minute 6810: "The Board agreed that Produtos Cooper No Brasil should be liquidated, if possible at the 31st December 1965...." The final memorandum in the file (8 November, 1967) records that PCNB "ceased actual trading some time ago and are in the process of being wound up."
