Biographical note
The Frazer Commitee was appointed by the Government of the Protectorate of Uganda in 1955, with a membership of eight, including CDW, chaired by Prof AC Frazer. It was to make a comprehensive examination of the medical services in Uganda and to make suggestions leading to their development.
