Shows the Liberal Party destroying itself by proposing the Third Reform Act, which extended to the counties the same terms of suffrage that had been granted to the towns. Some of the swine have the heads of Liberal politicians: Gladstone is almost in the water, and Joseph Chamberlain is distinguished by his monocle
