Collection of medical receipts and notes mainly in German, but with some entries in Latin. The headings are in Latin. Marginal notes and additions by another slightly later hand. The date 1534 is found on fol. 158v.

1 volume 12 ll.+273 ff. folio. 301/2 x 20 cm. Original stamped calf binding over wooden boards, rubbed: spine damaged, both clasps wanting.
