Dissection de Folie d'Empereur du Docteur A. Cabanes. In typescript. Paris.
Name cut from the upper margin of the first leaf in each copy.
In two of the copies a note by the author states that it is "Tiré à trois exemplaires dactylographiés et non mis dans le commerce". The master copy (in red paper covers) has numerous holograph corrections and additions by the author, the others only a few alterations. In the 4th copy [MS. No. 5061] is a partially erased inscription by Witkowski on the fly-leaf, "Au docteur P. Dorveaux en toute cordialité".
