Notes

Vincent Topping comes from Wigan but currently resides in Southport. He works as an accountant. On the plinth he will be dressed as an astronaut to celebrate the moon landings of forty years ago. He will be taking up a flag with "one giant heap of mankind" which he hopes people will wonder what it means.
