Andrew Lowe lives in the Scottish Borders. Works as Director of Social Work for Scottish Borders Council. He is wearing a tailor made Harris Tweed suit which he bought as a bolt of cloth whilst on holiday in Harris. He talked about his role as Director of Social Work. Described taking part in Spencer Tunick's photographs recently and about a reunion he attended yesterday with his old university friends. On the plinth he will be reflecting on various politically active events, quoting from Cromwell, Martin Luther King, declaration of independence, amongst others and will close on his personal experiences of the Square over 50 years.
