Further memoranda on various matters, including Board Meetings. With two memoranda (J D Spink, Wellcome Foundation, February, 1968) considering impact of "The Medicines Bill" on veterinary and animal products.

Includes several newspaper cuttings (as photocopies) reporting on business performance: "The company's sales have shot up during the year. At nearly £23 million, they were over £3.75 million better than the 1968 figure and almost double that of the total for 1965" (Berkhamsted Gazette, 28 November, 1969).

Also, "Summary of Results for the Year Ended 31st August, 1970" (17 November, 1970): "The consolidated profit before taxation for the year of £563,000 is stated after deducting depreciation of £436,000 (1969 - £396,000) and includes income from associated companies of £12,000 (1969 - £26,000) and exceptional profits less losses of £3,000 (1969 - £38,000)."
