Description

In universam Physicam: with a preliminary chapter on Logic. At the end of the text 'Finis phisici a[nno] 1770'. The MS. consists of notes of lectures based on Aristoteles' 'Physica' taken down by an anonymous student-probably at an Italian university, perhaps in Genoa where it was purchased. Produced in Genoa?

1 volume 1 bl. l. + 30 pp. + 139 ll. (last 5 bl.). 4to. 23 × 18 cm. Original boards. Three leaves have been cut out at the end of the Logic. In the notes on 'Physica', a leaf has been cut out after fol. 14, two after fol. 34, two after fol. 77, and a leaf after the end of the text: but the text seems to be complete.
