Mr. Gregg attending the Rooms, has Authority to sell the Pictures at the Prices marked in his Catalogue, and to give Receipts for the same. Half the Price of the Pictures to be paid down, and the remaining Half at the Close of the Exhibition, when the Pictures will be delivered to the Purchaser. N. B.
