About this work

Description

A volume containing a Japanese translation purportedly of 'Medicinae Compendium medicinae in usum exercitationis domesticae digestum' by Johannes de Gorter (1689-1762), but is more likely to be a translation of his 'Gezuiverde geneeskonst, of kort onderwys der meeste inwendige ziekten, ten nutte van chirurgyns, die ter zee of velde dienende, of in andere omstandigheden, zig genoodzaakt vinden dusdanige ziekten te behandelen'. The translation is by Udagawa Genzui(1756-1798) and was published in 1810.
