Notes

Michael Whitby is an artist living in London but originally from Liverpool. Has recently completed a fine art degree. He is one of the stand ins for the plinth. On the plinth he will be dressing us a Victorian man, as a costume was made for him for a film last years. Was originally dubious of the project as it is so public and conceptual and still doesn't know what to make of it.
