Notes

Steven Norris comes from Bushey. He is wearing a tri suit which is a skin-tight lycra suit which can be worn in the water. He has brought his bike and cycle trainer. On the plinth he will take his cycle trainer up and try to cycle 25 miles while on the plinth. He has been training for the last six months. The message he is sending is that everyone should have goals set and against the goals set a path of achieving goals. Be realistic but push boundaries. At the moment he is setting up a property business. Exercise and working environment complement each other. He does a lot of triathlons and is taking part in the London triathlon in two weeks time.
