The file includes a copy of the resignation letter of Marjorie Bayes, Executive Secretary prior to Miss Hardy, March 1974, and ICM Executive Secretary job description and application forms.
The file contains a synopsis of training Workshops provided under the USAID grant, 1978-1979. The grant was terminated suddenly at the end of 1979, resulting in the cessation of the Project and all related activities and training. The grant also funded staff and Secretariat functions to support the Project, causing severe financial difficulties for the ICM following its withdrawal.
