Notes

Roger Wratten comes from Hawkhurst in Kent. He is a retired Mathematician and has a PhD. He used to work in a bank. He now manages several companies and owns property. On the plinth he will be throwing coins into the crowd, he hopes the homeless will take it. He has made a sign that says "better than giving it to Gordon".
