Diploma of Doctorate in Philosophy and Medicine at Padua University. Signed by Pompeius Saccus, Praeses (i.e. Giuseppe Pompeio Sacchi [1634-1718]); Michael Condopidius Marcellus, Pro-Rector; Michael Angelus Molinettus, Anatomices Professor Primarius [1645-1714]; and Comes Alexander Borromaeus, Protector [1625-1708]. Attested by Carolus Torta. Produced in Padua.

1 volume 4 ll. 4to. 231/2 x 17 cm. On vellum. In paper covers. With two appended red-wax seals in leather-bound metal containers. Text within coloured floreated borders: emblazoned arms of the University on the recto of the last leaf; names and initials in gold.
