Notes

Marc Phibbs comes from Reading. He does all sorts of things including cooking for rock stars and food tasting. He doesn't like to be labelled an artist but he writes poetry and graffiti. On the plinth he is dressing up as a modern day court jester (his interpretation of it) and generally promoting happiness. He will be writing down thoughts and throwing them out into the crowd. Will also be hitting two wooden boards together to represent Jean (the Brazilian man shot by British police) to remind people how things can go wrong and that we should remember to look at the positive side of life. Has a very positive outlook on life and spends every hour trying to make the most of it.
