Notes

Alan Fransman originally comes from South Africa and has lived in Sheffield for 9 years. On the plinth he is going to raise awareness for community radio and for the station he works for "Sheffield Live" and to bring attention to the culture of Sheffield. Finally, he would like to draw attention to a campaign from the community media sector to ask the government to invest more into community radio. On the plinth he will be speaking, playing music and waving a banner with "Sheffield Live" and with an url to a link to a letter to the prime minister about community radio.
