Description

This x-ray shows unilateral patchy consolidation affecting most of the right lung. The patient had sputum smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis. This is tuberculous bronchopneumonia which probably occurred following rupture of a tuberculous lymph node into the broncial tree of the right lung.
