Notes

Robert Dale comes from Croydon. He is very close to his wife and they are going to share a picnic, she will be sat at the bottom of the plinth while he is on the plinth. He works for BBC Kent and is going to record his thoughts from the plinth for the breakfast show. He also wants to use all local Kentish produce in his picnic.
