Notes

Michael Naku Lomotey comes from Hull. He works in campaigning and in particular catching people who steal from charities in London. On the plinth he is going to ask the question is "Antony Gormley/Artichoke unwittingly institutionally racist?" because he's countered that only 4 black people have been on the plinth to date so, less than 1% of all participants. Has created a press release to ask the question in a public debate. Doesn't claim to have the answers but is interested in responses.
