The mourning saint among the willows: or, Heavenly music regain'd. Extracted from Psalm CXXXVII. ver. 2. We hung our harps upon the willows, in the midst thereof. By the rivers of Babylon there we sat down, yea, we wept; for they that carried us away captive required of us a song, and they that wasted us required of us mirth. Isaiah, chap. XII. ver 21. But wild beasts of the desart shall lie there, and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and fatyrs shall dance there.
