Papers relating to meetings Alan Williams attended including Colospring Harbour (1976), Australia and Helsinki (1977), Ciba Foundation meetings (1978-1979), Liverpool (1980), The Centre de recherches Clin-Midy (1980), Montreal (1980) which the original label stated that he also visited with Phil Carter, St Louis (1980) which the original label states that he also visited with Davie Kornfeld, Australia (1982), Edinburgh (1981), Dublin 1981, NATO (1981) and FASEB (1981) which the original label stated that he also visited with Elvin Kabat. The items include correspondence, reciepts and programmes for workshops. The title has been taken from the original file label.

Alan Williams kept his loose papers in labelled suspension files in a filing cabinet. These files were lost before cataloguing commenced but some file labels remained. Where possible, the papers have been sorted into those subjects and where not, they have been sorted by the cataloguer.
