Health education.

Government and public health officials are attempting to get the general public to take better care of themselves. Diet, obesity, smoking, alcohol use etc. are all life style choices which can lead to chronic disease, the treatment of which is putting a strain on NHS funding policies. How best can health education and promotion encourage us to live more healthily?
