Notes

With an imprimatur leaf dated Octob. 31. 1673 and signed Rad. Bathurst. Vice-Cancel.
With 2 tables of contents and 2 indexes.
"Pharmaceutice rationalis sive diatriba de medicamentorum operationibus in humano corpore. Pars secunda" has separate title page dated 1678; register is continuous; pagination is separate.
"A reprint of nos. 3032 [Wing W2844] and 3083 [Wing W2846], and the second part has already been given a separate number (3199), .. The two parts are, however, bound together by the general title-page and the signatures of the indexes. The precise meaning of 'Editio tertia' on the general title is dubious, unless foreign issues are counted, of the English translation, and even so it is not an accurate statement." -- Madan 3239.
