Angela Hillier comes from Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. Has spent most of her career working in human resources but has now decided to train as a teacher. On the plinth she is making a paper chain and with her partner on the ground to help, they hope to get people to help make the chain and make it reach the National Gallery and beyond.
