Arranged in sections under name of person, with date, sum received and signature of person each quarter or month. Dates of entering service are given, if after 30 June 1914 At the front are printed and typescript notes of salaries of attendants and nurses, 1913-1914; a manuscript note of Sister's salaries, undated, and list of staff with old and revised rates of pay, broken into its components eg lodging, part board, wards, certificates
