Box file containing items of ephemera in acid free sleeves. Includes a set of 50 colour cigarette cards called 'Physical culture' issued by W.D. and H.O Wills in 1914, part of the Imperial Tobacco Co. (of Great Britain and Ireland) Ltd. and a similar set of 50 colour cigarette cards called 'Keep fit' issued in 1939 by British American Tobacco with exercises for men and exercises for women. Both sets show exercises that require little or no equipment and were, of course, issued as World War 1 and 2 were starting. Also includes material from the Dept. of Health's 2012 'Games 4 Life' campaign to encourage exercise and better diet in children, 'Good Vibes' power plates (London, 2012), Reviber Plus (Zen Lifestyles UK Limited : 2014?).
