Chinese woodblock print from an edition of 1680 (19th year of the Kangxi reign period of the Qing dynasty). It shows the position of the foot san li (Three Miles) point on the surface of the body. Foot san li lies 3 cun [Chinees inches] below the knee cap, on the outer part of the front of the leg, a finger's breadth from the crest of the tibia.
