Biographical note
Robert Forrester Douglas MacGregor, CIE, MC, IMS (1885-1960) studied medicine at the University of Edinburgh 1903-1908, and after qualification joined the Indian Medical Service, eventually becoming Deputy Director-General of the IMS.
