Description
Committees which only met occasionally (e.g. Parliamentary), or which were formed for a particular purpose (e.g. Commissions and Enquiries), and which reported as far as can be ascertained directly to the Executive or the Council as opposed to one of the major committees such as Imperial and Overseas, Propaganda, or Social Hygiene, or were joint bodies on which the BSHC was directly represented (rather than through one of the other committees).
