The judgements of God in the earth are calls for us to learn righteousness. A sermon preached at St. George's Church, Botolph Lane, London, on Friday, 28 February 1794; being the day appointed by proclamation for a general fast and humilation before Almighty God, for obtaining pardon of our sins, and for averting those heavy judgements which our manifold provocations have most justly deserved. By William Reid, M.A. vicar of Takely in Essex, chaplain to the Right Hon. Jane Countess Dowager of Rothes, and curate of the said church of St. George, Botolph Lane.
