The trial of an information issuing out of the Court of King's-Bench, on the prosecution of William Baily, clerk, against Francis Newman, and John Hunt, Esqrs. Two of His Majesty's justices of the peace for the county of Somerset; for certain trespasses and misdemeanors, at the assizes at Taunton, in the said county, on Monday the first of April, 1776, before the Honourable Sir Beaumont Hotham, knight, one of the barons of His Majesty's Court of Exchequer.
