These volumes include name of patient and admission and discharge dates and report of post mortem. From the end of 1895 a pre-printed format is used. Details of patient include form of mental disorder, cause of death, reference to papers in case book. The format of RET 6/18/2/3 is slightly different, with more specific detail in the post mortem report.
