Memoirs of a cigarette.

To mark the ban on smoking in public places, this documentary looks at the history of smoking and its rise and fall from grace. It includes testimonies from many celebrity smokers / ex-smokers / non-smokers and uses some excellent archival footage of smokers in everyday life, the movies and advertisements. There is footage of Roy Castle from 1993 talking about passive smoking and the subject is discussed.
