Some headings and the general title in red. The date on the title and elsewhere is 1570, but the end of the Preface to the Reader is dated [15]72. On the 5th leaf from the end is an inscription by Ellias Klar dated 1637, stating that he has copied this MS. for his own use. Inside the lower cover 'Dises 1656 Jars ist mier disser Wündt artzney von der Maria Klarin geschenckt worden zu Doblicz David Kowail [?] Medicus [?]'. Below the inscription by Ellias Klar is another signed by David Kowail [?] dated 1658. On the tenth leaf before the end is the name of Joseph Haber of Huisheim in an early 18th cent. hand; on the verso of the first preliminary leaf 'Mathias Millar in Huisheim 1718', and on the next leaf 'Mathias Mollindar in Huisheim 1719' Inside the upper cover 'Johan Michael Hage[?] in Huishaimb 1739'.
