Notes

Helen Barker comes from Chester. Her daughter put the whole family on the plinth website and she was the only one chosen. She is going to dress as Britannia to represent the history of her city - to represent a united Great Britain. Her costume is a white base with a red cloak over the top with gladiator sandals and has an authentic shield, trident and helmet. She is going to stand and savour the moment.
