Notes

Annabel Matharou comes from Leamington Spa in Warwickshire. She works for Warwickshire County Council Road Safety Unit and one of her jobs is to help supervise the lollypop ladies throughout the county as well as promoting road safety from birth to secondary school age ( 0-11). On the plinth there will be a road safety theme and she will be wearing a school crossing patrol outfit. The lollypop lady is a British thing.
