Description

Lists of staff personal and employment details for Departments I, II and III. Volumes are arranged by post into Matrons and Assistant Matrons, male and female Nurses and Domestics, followed by scales of pay and rules at the rear of the volumes. Information contained includes name of member of staff, date and place of birth, present address, details of parents, marital status, religion, education/interests, previous occupation, previous C. R. I. service, previous nursing certificates, date of entry or re-entry to service, present position with dates of promotion, present pay per annum, present emoluments per annum, examinations passed, details as to termination of service, notes on staff efficiency and general conduct, and other remarks (e.g. increases or reductions in salary and changes in circumstances). Information is not always fully completed for every member of staff listed. At the rear of the volumes there are manuscript, printed and typed notices and memorandums relating to staff salaries and holiday entitlement attached to pages.
