Description
Forms showing staff pension details arranged alphabetically and showing weekly payments. Information contained includes staff name, address, date of joining service, date of birth, marital status, position, whether living in or out, details of previous employer and pay details. Most forms have an accompanying copy letter from the Department of Health for Scotland stating the staff member concerned will be not be subject to the provisions of the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme but are to remain subject to the Crichton Royal Hospital non-contributory Pension Scheme.
