Description
Assorted notes on tropical diseases. Includes a summary of his own case of dysentery, 1901 and detailed notes on a case of enteric fever, 1902. Includes undated items.
Item 3 is a diary kept daily from 14 September 1903 - 30 December 1903 in Uganda labelled, "These are a few medical notes otherwise everything is recopied into diary." Includes a note on his bouts of dysentery and malaria, 1901-1903.
