Notes

Robert Den Hartog is from Centerville in Iowa. He came to the UK after he met his wife while travelling. He has a story he would like to be published which has a cat as a principle character so he will wear a cat mask. He will also be trying to raise money for the Rainbow Trust which the school he teaches at has raised money for before. He also hopes his family in America will enjoy seeing him on the plinth. He teaches 9 and 10 year olds so will be able to deliver his stories to them even if he is not published. He hopes to make people laugh while on the plinth. His wife is most important to him, also keeping in touch with his family.
