Because they regard not the Works of the Lord, nor the Operations of his Hands, he shall destroy them and not build them up. Psal. xxviii. 5. Published as a Means to promote Repentance, and Reformation, and to administer Consolation to all serious Christians, in Times of common Calamity. A Book always proper to be in every Family, and its Contents of the utmost Importance to be known unto, and considered by, all Sorts of People.
