Medical consilium for Francesco Gabuzio, of Montalboddo. Signed at the end in another hand 'Ego Franciscus Frizimelliga medicus patavus ita consulabam' [Francesco Frigimelica (1491-1559), professor of medicine at Padua], c. 1520-1559.
