Notes

Rachel Baynton comes from Mancaster. She is a young mum and director of a theatre company. She has set up a blog asking for submissions on what people would say if they were on the plinth and has also posted these messages on the blog. On the plinth she will be throwing paper aeroplanes out into the crowd with the messages and a link to the blog.
