Notes

Lynne Ashton comes from Skipton in North Yorkshire but originally from Lancashire. She has retired as a District Nurse but does work periodically when required. She lost her son in a car crash last year days before he was due to graduate from Durham. He had a job lined up in London. On the plinth she will be going up in his memory and pay tribute to him. Will also dedicate her time for all mothers who have recently lost a son. She says she will always grieve and it is a process of dealing with. Talked also about her husband and daughter.
